i.e. Photos of Interesting Mushrooms/Fungi/Slime Molds Taken in the Province of Quebec in Canada.

Mushrooms, i.e. fungi, have been a fascinating subject for me for a long time. Slime molds too, which are not technically fungi, but I threw in a few photos anyway. In recent years, I became more serious about finding them and sometimes identifying them with the help of various field guides and the informative and entertaining Mushroom Expert website.

WARNING: I am by no means an expert, so I cannot guarantee that my identifications are accurate.

On the left is a self-portrait with a pretty large Calvitia gigantea (Giant puffball).
